I'm surprised to see this product anywhere near the top ten, let alone placing first. I don't mean to come across negatively, but I have seen Spy Sweeper on *many* computers that were riddled with very bad malware infestations. I have never used it myself, but from what I've seen with my customers, it appears to be pretty useless.
