I had used the Webroot Spysweeper for about an year so that I can protect my computer. The software looks nice and good but the results after installing this software were not satisfactory for me. The recently launched version of this software i.e. Webroot Spysweeper 6.1 has got a lots of improved and additional features. The software works very efficiently and scans your computer within a few minutes. It means that it takes very less for scanning the computer. The software detects the infected and corrupt files very smartly and helps you in safely removing and disinfecting these files. Besides all these advantages, the software has a few but main drawbacks. If you install the latest Webroot Spysweeper 6.1, then you will come to know that the first and the most important drawback of the software is that, it uses 50% of your Central Processing Unit which means that it will have an adverse effect on your computer. My computer usually used to hang after I installed the software on PC. The second drawback is that the Technical Support is not good and if a major or big problem occurs in your computer, then you will have to wait for a very long time for getting the technical support. Moreover, the product does not provide overall protection to the PC and to protect you PC from any damage, you will have to install it along with an antivirus software. The price of software is also very high. I am not very much satisfied with the software but still I recommend it because it removes the spywares very smartly without harming your computer.
