Good Product No Support

The product works okay and there are pages of online FAQ. The big problem is when you need free technical support you have to wait on hold for hours I tried two times never a technican after holding for two hours. E-mail support is also non existant they never answer from the form you fill out on the web site I have tried 3 times. I will not renew my subscription when the time comes to renew.
