This product was discontinued because it's been identified as being spyware.
Spyware Crusher came in last of all the antispyware products we reviewed. Obviously, you can find better options for only a few dollars more.
Spyware Crusher does have the ability to restore previously deleted components. It also lets you look at past scanning results. It does not offer real time protection or descriptions of the spyware components it finds with the severity ratings.
The only customization options that you have is the ability to select which drives and files to scan. You also have the option to have the Spyware/Adware components automatically deleted.
Since there are very few features in Spyware Crusher, it is fairly easy to use. The interface is intuitive so you should be able to quickly find the features you are looking for.
Spyware Crusher is not effective at finding the vast majority of spyware/adware that could be on your PC.
